Nanny Interviews
All nannies are interviewed in person by an experienced interviewer. Each candidate is required to complete a comprehensive four page application.

References
An in-depth interview is conducted to determine if personal and business references find the prospective nanny to be reliable, consistent, caring and stable.

Motor Vehicle Report
Each nanny's driving record is checked by the DMV.

Criminal Background Report
Criminal background yields the history of the nanny.

Child Abuse Check
A child abuse check is conducted.

Health History
A health history is provided. A medical exam may be requested.

Other
Drug screening is available upon request.
